Assignment Funding Management System
We realize that your time is money so the revolutionary Assignment Funding Management System was designed to allow claim submission and claim management with the push of a button while automatically preparing documents that are necessary for the family and funeral home to complete.
Submit a Claim
Rather than printing forms and completing them by hand you now have the ability to submit claims directly through the online Assignment Funding Management System
. Just click on the blue Submit a claim button. Simply fill out the Assignment Funding Request form and submit the claim. The Document Preparation Program
will automatically fill out the assignment/reassignment form, Lost Policy Affidavit (if needed), and attach the company specific claim form (if one is required by that company). All you have to do is print the documents and have the beneficiary sign them. (as a backup feature a copy of these documents will also be emailed to you)
Finish a Claim
The Finish a Claim Feature is designed for those that like to go ahead and start a claim but may not have all the information needed to submit a claim. Once you start an Assignment Funding Request you have the option to Save Claim for Later. By Selecting the Finish a Claim option you can view all claims that have been started and not yet completed or submitted. Simply choose the claim you wish to work on and the claim will open back up just like you left it when you started. You can then edit the information or submit the claim.
Check Pending Claims/History
To access check pending/claim history you log into your account and select the icon for check pending/claim history. Once selected, you will be able to modify dates to narrow down your search. This area is designed to keep everyone up to date with claims being processed by C&J Financial without having to use manual tracking. Once the claim has been submitted to C&J and entered into our database you will be able to see the information on this screen pertaining to the status of the claim and payment history. You may also click on the policy number of any claim with a funded status to print or save the claim summary.
Claim Form Library
As part of our excellence in service you will have access to hundreds of insurance claim forms 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. This area of our website is updated when new forms become available or when forms are discontinued. To access the claim forms library you log into your account and select the icon for the claim forms library. Once selected, you will be directed to hundreds of forms that are available for your use. They are listed in alphabetical order by insurance company and some can be filled by typing and then printing and others can only be printed.
Upload a Document
After paperwork has been signed and completed you have a couple of options in getting the signed paperwork to C&J. You may fax them toll free to 866.785.0030 or the easiest and simplest way is by scanning them and clicking the Upload a Document icon and sending them directly to C&J through this secure online portal. There is no email that could get into the wrong hands and since this is a secure site you can rest assured the privacy of your firm and your families are protected through the Upload a Document option.
To access your Assignment Funding Management System simply click on the CLIENT LOGIN button at the top right corner of our website.
